Will I have to total the order forms and sort and count the shirts when they arrive?
NO! We handle all the totaling, sorting and counting for you. You simply send us your original order forms and we will process your order and send the shirts back sorted by player.

What are coaches responsible for?
Collecting the money and sending us your original order forms.
Will the products include our logo?
Absolutely! Make sure to send us your logo as large as possible and our artist will include your logo on your items and will contact you if we have any questions.
How long does it take to get my order forms?
The time from the initial setup, to shipping your order forms can usually be accomplished within 1 week. All order forms are shipped by United Parcel Service or USPS and depending on your location will be delivered in just a few days.
Will You Send US A Digital Copy Of Our T Shirt Order Form.
Yes, You will receive a digital copy to approve before we send your order forms. If you don’t receive a digital copy just send us an email or give us a call and we will forward a copy to you.
Can we share our sale online?
Of course, it will help boost your sale. Share your digital copy via the different social media platforms or let us create an online store for your fans to purchase from.
Can I change my sale end date or extend my sale?
Yes, whatever works best for your program. Please Note, this will extend the time until you receive your items.
Where can I get additional order forms?
You can print your digital order form. We create the form as a pdf documnet so they should be easy to print on any printer.
AFTER THE SALE
How do we submit our order?
Very Simple, send the original order forms to us in the return envelope you received. Be sure to make copies of the order forms for your records but send us the originals. When we receive your forms we will generate and send your order breakdown that shows your sales and profits.
Can I still make changes or additions to an order that I’ve already submitted?
We can make changes or additions up until the time we receive your order forms and enter your order. Once we enter your order in our system we will not be able to add or make changes to the order.
When can we expect our merchandise to arrive?
You will receive your order within 2 weeks.
How do I pay?
We accept credit card, check, cash or money order.
For orders shipped to a residence or business, you will need to submit your payment upfront.
For orders shipped to a school, you may submit payment when you receive your invoice or provide us with a school purchase order.
What happens if there is a problem with my order.
Call our office right away at 1-866-877-0976 and we will get it resolved.

Specialtee Sportswear’s Online T Shirt Stores are an easy and convenient way for you to increase sales for your t shirt fundraiser. Our online stores are not designed to replace your team sales, but offer a way to engage those local or long distance customers that your traditional sale may not have reached during your team sale. We recommend creating a list of parents, alumni, teachers and other fans to email your online store link to, as a way to increase your total sales and fundraising dollars earned by your team.
Where do I find the link to My Online Store?
You will receive an email from Specialtee with your online store link. Simply forward this email to your parents, alumni and fans to spread the word.
What payment methods are accepted?
Specialtee Sportswear’s Online Stores proudly accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for payments in our secure online checkout.
Online stores currently do not accept checks or ACH transfer at this time.
Online stores offer an easy and convenient payment method for customers who don’t want to write a check or carry cash.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ORDERS SHIPPED TO RESIDENTIAL OR BUSINESS ADDRESSES OTHER THAN A SCHOOL WILL REQUIRE PREPAYMENT IN FULL BEFORE GOING TO PRODUCTION.

Your Online Store is live for the duration of your sale. All orders are automatically added to your total and submitted as part of your final order. Once your order is submitted, your online store will automatically close to ensure your order is consolidated, produced and shipped quickly to your designated address.
This will save you time and effort once you receive the merchandise to ensure your distribution process is as simple and easy as possible.

Specialtee Sportswear’s Stores are designed to make your life easier, and there is no additional work required for coaches outside of sharing your online store link.
Again, online stores are not meant to replace your teams order, as that is where you make your most fundraising profits. Simply, they are intended to add to your overall sales and increase the total dollars raised for your team.
When can customers expect delivery of their shirts?
Customers who submit their order online will receive their shipment as part of your entire order. All items will be clearly marked and part of your single order summary and invoice.
Is there a limit to number of orders that can be completed online?
No, There are no limits to the number of orders a customer or customers can complete online. They simply must complete all orders and payment before the end of the sale to ensure their order is processed and produced with the final order submitted by your team.
Are online orders and catalog orders produced and shipped at the same time?
Yes, Once your order forms are received by Specialtee Sportswear your online store will automatically close to ensure your order is consolidated, produced and shipped quickly as one single shipment. This will save you time and effort once you receive the merchandise to ensure your distribution process of the product is as simple and seamless as possible.
Are the products online the same as in the catalog?
Absolutely! All products are an exact replica of the custom order forms we designed for your team.
Can a student turn in a order form and also have people order online?
