- Select Your Products and product colors you would like to offer from our catalogs. We will recommend the top selling items along with the suggested selling prices and profits you will receive for the items you select.
- Choose Your Design from one of our design templates. You can use your own artwork or have our art department help design your own custom design. There are no art charges to use your own artwork or create a custom design. We will email a proof for your approval before we proceed.
- Schedule Your Fundraiser. Once your design is approved let us know the start and end dates you would like to run your fundraiser. Then we can create your custom order forms, web store and have everything ready to go.
- Start Your Sale. Have a team meeting where we can meet with the team to explain the program, show them samples, hand out the order forms, let them know when to turn in the order forms and money and answer any questions. We recommend to let the players sell for 10 – 14 days and cover 2 weekends. Make sure they collect all money up front.
- Remind Your Players during the sale of the FREE ITEMS they will receive when they sell 11 items.
- Collect the orders. On the scheduled turn in date you will collect all the order forms and money from each player. Verify all money collected is accurate.
- Send In Your Order. When the sale is over, you’ll send us the original completed order forms in the envelope provided.
- We Process Your Order. When we receive your order forms we will email a detailed breakdown of your sales by player with profit totals that you can give to your treasure to issue a purchase order. Our staff will process, print, sort and separate each players order, then ship your sportswear within two weeks.
- Verify and Deliver. When you receive your order, each players order will be bundled together with their order form attached. Have each player verify their order is correct and distribute their sportswear right away.
- Authorize Payment. Once your sportswear has been delivered authorize your treasure to send payment for the invoiced amount.
- Enjoy Your Success Put the money you just made to good use. Have an awesome season and enjoy all your fans wearing their new sportswear promoting your team!
